TERMS & CONDITIONS. Please read before booking your ticket(s).
By purchasing ticket(s) to The Ministry of Christmas you & your children are agreeing to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. All children must be accompanied by one adult and must remain under that adult’s supervision at all times. The welfare and safety of all children therefore remain the full responsibility of the parent/guardian attending the session and not that of The Ministry of Christmas Staff. Multiple children attending together in the same group can be supervised by a single adult however, in these circumstances there must be a maximum of four children per adult.
Whilst bookings must be made by someone over the age of 18 The Ministry of Christmas is tailored for children aged between 2-10 years. Every child must be accompanied by one adult. We regret that we cannot refund tickets under any circumstances, however if you should wish to alter the details we will endeavour to do so wherever possible with a minimum of 48hrs notice.
Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email, including your booking reference number. To gain entry to the venue you must present a copy of this confirmation when you arrive. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your session is due to begin. The experience will begin at the time specified on your booking confirmation email.
Late arrival/entry will result in your child(ren) missing out on some of the activities. We reserve the right to request that guests (including their children) leave the venue if we believe that their behaviour is adversely affecting the experience for our other guests. In these cases no refunds will be given.
There will be no photographer present on the day however you are more than welcome to bring your own camera along to capture the experience. Please note that any photographs can only be for personal use and not commercial use. No filming is allowed at any time during the experience.
We reserve the right to change the running order of the sessions at any time. Whilst we will always provide a range of creative and imaginative activities for children, we reserve the right to vary/alter these according to unforeseen circumstances.
The Ministry of Christmas is a group experience with up to 20 children. Each child will spend time with Father Christmas during their allocated session.
Each child ticket will include the cost of a gift bag. No gifts can be exchanged for alternatives nor cash vouchers.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to postpone or cancel a session. In the unlikely event of this happening we will not be liable for any travel costs or other loss incurred. However we will endeavour to book you on a alternative available date as quickly as possible.
The Ministry of Christmas endeavours to provide the best possible experience and feedback is always welcome. If you would like to discuss your experience please feel free to chat with us on the day or contact us via email within a week of your visit.
We will not be liable for any injuries, loss of personal possessions, other losses or damage of any kind during your session. All children are under the direct supervision of parents/ guardians throughout their visit. We will not be held liable or responsible for cancellation due to an event outside our control e.g. severe weather conditions, fire, flood, terrorist attack, and unexpected black out, electricity failure. In the unlikely event that this happens we will attempt to provide an alternative visiting time for you but this cannot be guaranteed.
